Objective:To investigate the discrimination and reliability of functioning assessing tool based on ICF rehabilitation set in the assessment of aging disability.Method:Totally 1610 elderly people from 15 nursing homes nationwide participated in the study. The function of the elderly was assessed by the tool base on ICF rehabilitation combined with numerical rating scale from 0 to 10.The discrimination of the items and reliability of the scale were analyzed.Result:Taking 27%of the sample size as the segmentation point, the threshold values(t values)of the high score group and the low score group of the scale were both greater than 3.0(P<0.05).Except the items b134 sleeping function and b280 pain sensation function, the correlation coefficient between the items and the total score was between 0.566 and 0.914,which reached the standard(P<0.05).The Cronbachαof the scale was 0.965,and Cronbachαvalue was higher than 0.965 after deletion of the item b134 sleeping function and b280 pain sensation function. Conclusion:The functioning assessment tool based on ICF rehabilitation set combined with numerical rating scale has good discrimination and reliability in the assessment of aging disability, and items b134 sleeping function and b280 pain sensation function are not good in homogeneity.
