摘要
在民用飞机研制中,基于MBD的数字化装配技术已开始广泛应用。MBD技术提供给飞机设计与制造各个环节唯一的数据源,其中基准与公差的标注更是极其重要的环节。基于MBD的容差分析技术在飞机详细设计阶段,产品投产之前的应用,可以充分考虑制造能力与装配工艺方案,实现设计与制造的交互,节约制造成本,避免在飞机研制的后期出现严重的质量问题,可提供飞机研制更可靠的数据源。阐述了基于MBD的容差分析技术在飞机设计与制造交互中的作用,分析了容差分析技术在飞机设计与制造交互中的应用流程,最后使用VSA软件,以某型号方向舵与垂尾安定面安装的容差分析为例,验证了基于MBD的容差分析技术在飞机设计与制造交互中应用的重要性。
In the development of civil aircraft,the digital assembly technology based on MBD has been widely used.MBD technology provides unique data sources for aircraft design and manufacturing.The marking of datum and tolerance is the most important.The tolerance analysis technology which based on MBD can fully consider the manufacturing capability and assembly process plan,realize the interaction between design and manufacturing,save manufacturing cost and avoid serious quality in the later stage of aircraft development.This method provides a more reliable data source for aircraft development.This paper describes the role of tolerance analysis technology in aircraft design and interaction,analyzes the application process of tolerance analysis technology in aircraft design and interaction,and finally uses VSA software to install a certain type of rudder and vertical stabilizer.As an example,the tolerance analysis demonstrates the importance of MBD-based tolerance analysis in aircraft design and manufacturing interactions.
