摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿治疗效果和满意度的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将该院2016年6月—2019年6月纳入的106例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿分为对照组和干预组,各53例,给予对照组常规护理干预,给予干预组综合护理干预,比较两组临床疗效及护理满意度。结果干预组疗效总有效率(92.45%)显著高于对照组(75.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组家属满意度(96.23%)显著高于对照组(81.13%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿施以综合护理可有效缓解患儿临床症状,提升临床疗效和患儿家属的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment effect and satisfaction of children with acute diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods According to the random number table method,106 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis children included in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were divided into a control group and an intervention group,53 cases each,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group with comprehensive nursing intervention,comparing the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group(92.45%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of family members of the intervention group(96.23%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.13%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of children with diabetic ketoacidosis in the emergency department can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the children,improve the clinical efficacy and the nursing satisfaction of the children's family members.
