摘要
为解决复杂的区域水资源配置问题,以供水单元缺水量最小和控制断面河道最小生态流量总缺水量最小为目标,引入水库群调度,建立了水资源配置模型。在传统鸡群算法(CSO)的基础上,通过改进其初始种群生成方式、改进小鸡学习公式等提出了一种改进的CSO算法;在此基础上,以山西大水网规划中第一横朔州-大同受水区为例,采用改进的CSO算法对模型进行了求解。结果表明:所构建的水资源配置模型合理有效,改进的CSO算法不易陷入局部最优,寻优性能优越。可将研究成果用于水资源配置领域。
In order to solve problems of regional water resource allocation,we constructed an optimum water resource allocation model,in which minimum water shortage in the water-receiving unit and minimum water shortage of minimum ecological flow at control section were taken as objective functions.Also,reservoir group operation was taken into account in this model.On the basis of chicken-swarm optimization(CSO)algorithm,we proposed an improved chicken-swarm optimization algorithm by improving initial population generation mode and learning formula of chickens.Then,we adopted the improved CSO algorithm to analyze water resource allocation of Shuozhou-Datong water-receiving area in the planning of Shanxi water network.The results showed that the water resource allocation model was reasonable and effective,the improved CSO algorithm could avoid local optima and had excellent optimization performance,which could be used in water resource optimal allocation.
