摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞对帕金森病的免疫调节作用。方法选择2016年9月~2018年9月河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的帕金森病患者106例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组口服盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合丁苯酞胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为12周。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后蒙特利尔认知功能量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力(ADL)和帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)评分及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后MoCA、MMSE和ADL评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后UPDRS评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞治疗帕金森病效果良好,可减轻认知功能障碍,改善患者细胞免疫功能,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of butylphthalide on Parkinson's disease.Methods 106 patients with Parkinson's disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were enrolled from September 2016 to September 2018.According to the random number table the patients were divided into the control group(53 cases)and the observation group(53 cases).The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets.The observation group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets plus butylphthalide capsules.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The therapeutic effect,Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,ability of daily living(ADL)score,unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS)score and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MoCA,MMSE and ADL were increased after treatment compared with those before treatment in the two groups,and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).UPDRS score was decreased compared with that before treatment,and was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were increased compared with those before treatment in the two groups,and were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide exhibits a good clinical effect on Parkinson's disease.It might reduce cognitive impairment and improve cellular immune function.
