摘要
课程是人才培养方案实施的载体,也是校企双主体之间资源互动的桥梁。电气自动化专业在课程构建的思路上,遵循现代学徒制育人理念,将教学与岗位实践融为一体,根据职业岗位要求,确定了学校本位的专业核心课程,同时架构了企业本位的实践内容,完成了课程及教学内容体系的重构,并提出保障课程体系有效实施的措施。课程的实施既实现了学校人才培养的目的,又满足了企业对高技能、高素质人才的需求。
Curriculum,the carrier of talent Cultivation program,is also the bridge of resource interaction between the colleges and enterprises.In terms of the idea of course construction,the major of electrical automation follow the concept of modern apprenticeship,which advocate integrating teaching with jobs practice,and defining the school-based professional core curriculum according to the job requirements.At the same time,the curriculum structured the practice content of enterprise standard and completed the reconstruction of curriculum and teaching content system.It also put forward measures to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum system.The implementation of the curriculum not only realizes the purpose of training talents in schools,but also meets the needs of enterprises for high-skilled and high-quality talents.
