摘要
通过添加外源P(0、0.2、2、20mg/L)和室内控制试验,研究外源P输入对香蒲生长及其根系分泌物种类与含量的影响。结果表明,(1)不同浓度外源P输入均可促进香蒲生长,香蒲对底泥中P素有较好的去除效果;(2)外源P输入对香蒲根系分泌物不同组分个数和含量的影响不同,这些根系分泌物不同组分个数和含量的改变是植物主动适应根际微域环境改变的防御机制;(3)香蒲的主要根系分泌物包括:(Z)-9-十八碳烯、3,5-双(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基-十八烷基酯-苯丙酸、2,2’-亚甲基双[6-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲基]-苯酚和烯烃腈4种化合物,其中酚酸类化合物在外源P输入后相对含量增加,对抑制土壤有害微生物起到一定作用,3,5-双(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基-十八烷基酯-苯丙酸促进植物地下部分P吸收,烯烃腈抑制植物地上部分P吸收。综上可知,香蒲通过调节根系分泌物种类和相对含量改变根际微域环境以适应外源P的输入,且对土壤P素有较好的去除效果,可作为高原湖滨湿地P污染治理的优选植物。
The effects of exogenous phosphorus(P)input on the root exudates of the Typha angustifolia L.(Typha)were studied by adding exogenous phosphorus(0,0.2,2,20 mg/L)in indoor control experiment.The results showed that:(1)The input of different concentrations of exogenous P promoted the growth of Typha,and Typha had better removal effect of P in the sediment;(2)Exogenous P input has different effects on the number and content of different components of the Typha root exudates.The changes in the number and content of different components of these root exudates are a defense mechanism for plants to actively adapt to changes in the rhizosphere microdomain environment;(3)The main root exudates of Typha include(Z)-9-octadecene,3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-octadecyl ester-phenylpropionic acid,2,2-Methylene bis[6-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-methyl]-phenol and olefin nitrile.In which the relative content of phenolic acid compounds increases after the input of exogenous P,it plays a certain role in inhibiting harmful microorganisms in the soil.The 3,5-double(1,1-Dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-octadecyl-phenylpropionic acid facilitates P absorption in the underground part of the plant,while olefin nitrile inhibits P uptake in the overground parts of the plant.Our data demonstrates that Typha root system can change the rhizosphere microdomain environment to adapt to the input of exogenous P through adjusting the type and relative content of secretions,meanwhile,which has a good effect on removing soil P.It can be used as a preferred plant for the treatment of P pollution in plateau lakeside wetlands.
