摘要
针对强制进化随机游走算法(RWCE)在优化后期换热单元数和最小年综合费用变化缓慢的问题,提出强制限制换热单元数的方式优化换热网络:首先对换热网络结构中换热单元数下限进行控制,若某种结构的换热单元数小于该下限值,即强制增加换热单元,确保后期仍有较多的换热单元参与进化;为进一步优化换热网络,在维持换热单元数下限的基础上,对换热单元的换热量重新分配,使其在跳出局部极小换热单元数的同时,进一步精细搜索,增强结构进化能力。通过9SP和16SP算例验证,得到相较文献更低的年综合费用,分别为2926484和6830843$/a,表明引入该策略的RWCE算法,具有更强的全局搜索能力,兼顾了整型变量和连续变量的优化,优化效率和质量得以提高。
In order to solve the problem that the number of heat transfer units and the minimum annual comprehensive cost of forced evolutionary random walk algorithm(RWCE)change slowly in the later stage of optimization,a forced limit on the number of heat transfer units is proposed to optimize the heat transfer network.Firstly,the lower limit of the number of heat transfer units in the heat transfer network structure is controlled.If the number of heat transfer units in a certain structure is less than the lower limit value,the heat transfer unit is forced to be added to ensure that more heat transfer units are still involved in the evolution at the later stage.In order to further optimize the heat transfer network,the heat transfer of the heat transfer unit is redistributed while the lower limit of the number of heat transfer units is maintained,so that it can further search carefully and enhance the evolution ability of the structure while jumping out of the local minimum number of heat transfer units.The results of 9 SP and 16 SP show that the annual comprehensive cost is 2926484 and 6830843$/a,respectively.The RWCE algorithm introduced in this strategy has stronger global search ability,takes into account the optimization of integer variables and continuous variables,and improves the efficiency and quality of optimization.
