摘要
针对井下常规钻机能力小、施工钻孔长度短、定向效果差,常规钻孔只有在巷道形成后方能进行施工的问题,提出采用VLD-1000型千米钻机进行模块化抽采的方案。将该千米钻机用于漳村煤矿井下定向长钻孔及分支钻孔施工过程中,可同时起到抽采瓦斯及探测地层的双重目标,达到了工作面超前本煤层瓦斯预抽、增大瓦斯抽采量的目的。
In view of the small capacity of underground conventional drilling rig, short length of construction borehole, poor directional effect, conventional drilling can only be carried out after the formation of roadway, the plan of the VLD-1000 type drilling rig is put forward, which can be used for underground directional long drilling and branch drilling.This equipment can realize pre-drainage of coal seam ahead of working face, increase the amount of gas drainage.
