摘要
针对煤矿井下排水系统存在的运行效率低下、控制策略单一的问题,以吉安矿排水系统为研究对象,提出基于排水系统模型的排水方案,给出详细硬件设计和软件设计,并对该方案中的故障与保护进行分析。综合考虑"高低水位"以及"避峰就谷"的排水方案,可降低劳动强度,改善劳动环境,达到节能降耗的目的。
Aiming at the problems of low operation efficiency and single control strategy of underground drainage system in coal mine, taking the drainage system of Ji’an mine as the research object, this paper puts forward the drainage scheme based on the drainage system model, gives the detailed hardware design and software design, and analyzes the faults and protection in this scheme. Considering the drainage scheme of "high and low water level" and "avoiding peak and valley ", the design reduces the labor intensity, improves the working environment and achieves the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
