摘要 为提升矿井皮带输送机运行保障能力,并解决有线传输监控系统存在的弊端,提出一种基于Zigbee无线传输的皮带输送机自动监控系统,对无线基站、Zigbee及WIFI网络构建进行了设计。在井下主皮带输送机运输巷现场对构建的无线传输网进行测试分析,结果表明,提出的无线网络自动监控系统可靠性及实时性较强,可以满足井下复杂环境下对皮带输送机运行监控的需要。 To improve the operation support ability of mine belt conveyor and solve the drawbacks of wired transmission monitoring system, an automatic monitoring system of belt conveyor based on Zigbee wireless transmission is proposed, and the construction of wireless base station, Zigbee and WIFI network is designed. The results show that the proposed wireless network automatic monitoring system is reliable and real-time, which can meet the need of the belt conveyor operation monitoring in the complex underground environment.
