摘要
针对刮板输送机在实际应用中存在重载启动、载荷突变的工况,为提升刮板输送机的可靠性和安全性,基于PLC控制器和变频器实现对刮板输送机的变频驱动控制,完成对该系统中机械、液压以及电气系统的总体设计,采用PID控制算法实现对变频驱动系统的控制,并通过仿真分析手段对系统的性能进行验证。
In order to improve the reliability and safety of scraper conveyor, the frequency conversion drive control of scraper conveyor is realized based on PLC controller and frequency converter, and the overall design of mechanical,hydraulic and electrical systems in the system is completed. The PID control algorithm is used to control the frequency conversion drive system, and the performance of the system is verified by simulation and analysis.
