摘要
目的探究丁苯肽不同剂型对治疗急性脑梗死患者神经功能改善以及血清基质金属蛋白酶表达水平和炎症因子水平的影响。方法将岳阳市一人民医院2016年1月—2019年12月收治的86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为Z组与J组,各43例,两组均采用急性脑梗死常规治疗,J组在此基础上加用丁苯肽胶囊口服治疗,Z组则常规治疗基础上加用丁苯肽注射液治疗,观察两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、血清基质金属蛋白酶2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)表达水平以及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP),并对上述观察数据水平进行对比。结果Z组治疗后NIHSS量表评分、MMP-2、MMP-9表达水平及hs-CRP、IL-6表达水平明显低于J组(P<0.05)。结论注射液剂型丁苯肽较胶囊剂型可有效提高脑神经功能,降低血清中基质金属蛋白酶表达水平和炎症因子水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of different dosage forms of butylphenyl peptide on the improvement of neurological function and the level of serum matrix metalloproteinase and inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to a people’s hospital in Yueyang from January 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into Z group and J group(43 cases each),group J was treated with butadiene capsule orally and Group Z was treated with BUBP injection on the basis of routine treatment,the NIH stroke scale(NIHSS),the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),IL-6,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HSCRP),and the above observation data levels were compared.Results The levels of NIHSS,MMP-2,MMP-9,HS-CRP and IL-6 in group Z were significantly lower than those in group J(P<0.05).Conclusion BBP injection can improve the function of brain and reduce the level of matrix metalloproteinase and inflammatory factors in serum.
