摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池的具有无污染,启动快,效率高等优点,是理想的车载能源。但是其结构紧凑,仅可以采集单片电压以及在流道入口与出口处安装传感器,对其的祝诊断与状态估计提出了很大挑战。本文针对质子交换膜燃料电池的诊断问题,分别对极化曲线、电流中断、单体电压巡检、交流阻抗谱分析等主要诊断手段进行说明;同时对燃料电池应用中,非常重要的水状态诊断进行了归纳;最后对质子交换膜燃料电池的老化表征与老化判断进行综述。
The proton exchange membrane fuel cell has the advantages of pollution-free,fast start-up,and high efficiency,which makes it an ideal vehicle-mounted energy source.However,its compact structure can only collect a single-chip voltage and install sensors at the inlet and outlet of the flow channel,which poses a great challenge to its diagnosis and state estimation.This article focuses on the diagnosis of proton exchange membrane fuel cells,and explains the main diagnostic methods such as polarization curve,current interruption,cell voltage inspection,and AC impedance spectroscopy.At the same time,the diagnosis of water status,which is very important in fuel cell applications,is summarized;finally,the aging characterization and aging judgment of proton exchange membrane fuel cells are reviewed.
