摘要
目的观察维生素D干预对不育男性精液质量的影响。方法将2018年7月至11月就诊于宁夏医科大学总医院生殖医学中心的50例少、弱精子症患者随机分为研究组和对照组(各50例),研究组给予注射维生素D2+口服碳酸钙D3片+日晒干预,对照组仅给予日晒干预,两组均同时口服复方玄驹胶囊及血府逐瘀胶囊,12周后复查其精液常规,观察治疗过程中的不良反应及女方妊娠情况。结果治疗后,研究组不育男性的精子浓度、前向运动精子比均高于治疗前,对照组不育男性的前向运动精子百分比高于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组与对照组不育男性前向运动精子百分比升高幅度、女方临床妊娠率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论补充维生素D可提高不育男性的精子浓度,但不能提高其女方的妊娠率。
Objective To observe the effect of vitamin D intervention on semen quality of infertile men. Methods Fifty patients with oligozoospermia and asthenospermia from July to November in 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group(50 cases in each group). The study group was treated with vitamin D2 injection,oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets and sunlight intervention,while the control group was only given sun drying.Both groups were given compound Xuanju capsule and Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule at the same time. Their semen was reexamined after 12 weeks. Results After treatment,the sperm concentration and the percentage of progressive motile sperm of infertile men in the study group increased significantly. In the control group,the percentage of progressive motile sperm of infertile men increased significantly(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the increased percentage of progressive motile sperm after treatment between the two groups(P>0. 05).No adverse reactions were observed in all patients. There was no significant difference in the percentage of progressive mutile sperm of infertile men and clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D supplementation could significantly increase the sperm concentration of infertile men,but could not significantly increase the clinical pregnancy rate of their wives.
