烟道蒸发脱硫废水零排放的优化应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 烟道蒸发脱硫废水是目前应用较广泛的脱硫废水零排放工艺。以嘉兴新嘉爱斯热电厂的烟道蒸发脱硫废水零排放工程项目为依托,从三方面对传统烟道蒸发工艺进行了优化研究:设置浓缩系统,进行低尘蒸发浓缩优化,将低尘热烟气作为热源大大降低了系统结垢、堵塞等风险,气水分道减轻了除尘器的湿度影响;模拟喷射区优化设备选型对喷射系统优化;设置自清洗过滤系统,增强了系统的可靠性和稳定性。通过对比分析了原水和浓水的品质、有无废水投运的除尘器灰的品质。结果表明:脱硫废水零排放优化工艺对除尘器入口的温降仅3~5℃,湿度增加0.25%;脱硫塔入口的温降为5~10℃,湿度增加1%;投加的废水导致了灰分中氯化物、氨氮、氧化钙等物质含量的增多,但不影响灰分二次回收利用的品质要求,废水工艺对原除尘脱硫系统的影响很小;经核算系统运行费用,每吨废水处理费用仅12.8元,价格优于常规的烟道蒸发工艺。该研究结果可为脱硫废水零排放工艺优化提供借鉴。 Flue evaporation desulfurization wastewater is a widely used zero discharge process of desulfurization wastewater now.Based on the zero discharge project of flue evaporation desulfurization wastewater in Jiaxing New Jies Heat&Power Co.,Ltd.,this paper optimizes the conventional flue evoporation technology from three aspects.Firstly,low dust evaporation concentration optimization by setting concentration system,which greatly reduces the risk of scaling and blocking of the system through taking low dust hot flue gas as heat source,and reduces the humidity impact of the dust collector as gas water separation.Secondly,inject system optimization,which means optimization of the equipment by simulating the spray area.Thirdly,setting the self-cleaning filtration system,which enhances the reliability and stability of the system.The paper analyzes and compares the quality of raw water and concentrated water,and the quality of dust collector with or without wastewater.Results show that the temperature drop before the dust collector is only 3-5℃and the humidity is increased by 0.25%;the temperature drop at the inlet of the desulfurization tower is 5-10℃,and the humidity is increased by 1%;the added wastewater leads to the increase of the content of chloride,ammonia nitrogen,calcium oxide and other substances in the ash,but it does not affect the quality requirements of the secondary recycling of ash,and the wastewater process has little impact on the original dedusting and desulfurization system.According to the calculation of system operation cost,the cost of wastewater treatment per ton is only 12.8yuan,which is better than the conventional process.The result provide reference for optimizing the zero discharge process of flue evaporation desulfurization wastewater.
