摘要
地缘政治理论在实际研究过程中主要包括一切与国家领土、边界、合理使用和分配资源等相关的议题。地缘政治理论自诞生之日起就与边疆安全息息相关,一国地缘政治战略不仅关系到本国安全,还关系到他国边疆安全。印度地缘政治战略受其客观的地缘环境和地缘政治思想的历史传统的影响,严重威胁我国陆疆安全、海疆安全和非传统安全。我国要深刻把握印度地缘政治战略的内容和特征,制定相应的中国南亚地缘政治战略,不仅确保我国边疆安全的稳定与发展,而且有利于集大国、邻国和发展中国家关系于一体的中印关系的健康发展。
In the actual research process,the geopolitical theory mainly includes all issues related to national territory,boundaries,rational use and allocation of resources.Geopolitical theory has been closely related to border security since its birth.The geopolitical strategy of one country is not only related to its own security,but also related to the border security of other countries.Influenced by its geopolitical environment and its historical tradition of geopolitical thinking,India’s geopolitical strategy poses a serious threat to China’s territorial security and non-traditional security.China should have a deep understanding of the content and characteristics of India’s geopolitical strategy and formulate a corresponding geopolitical strategy for South Asia so as to not only ensure the stability and development of China’s border security,but also contribute to the sound development of China-India relations by integrating good relations among major countries,neighboring countries and developing countries.
