摘要
自中华人民共和国成立以来,我国的社会、文化等各个方面都获得了迅速发展。于是,全国兴起了全民健身的潮流。而游泳运动简单易会并且能够为人们的身体和精神带来诸多益处,因而游泳运动获得了更多人们的青睐。在此形势下,一些高校选择开设游泳课程,希望通过开展游泳教学来培养学生的体育兴趣和终身体育意识,提升学生的身体素质、艺术素质和人文素养,甚至是为国家培养后备游泳运动员。不过,就当前高校游泳教学的情况来说,由于受到场地、资金、师资等的限制,并非所有的学生都能参与到游泳运动之中。此外,高校游泳教学的内容不够完善、教学的方法和模式还比较单一和落后等,导致高校游泳教学的质量不高。因此,今后必须进一步探索高校游泳教学的有效措施,推动高校游泳教学不断取得良好的成效。本文从高校游泳教学的价值和现状分析入手,着重探讨了能够提升高校游泳教学质量的、具有创新性的游泳教学模式,以便为高校在今后开展游泳教学提供有益的借鉴。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,our society,culture and other aspects have achieved rapid development.As a result,the trend of national fitness has arisen.And swimming is easy to meet and can bring many benefits to people’s body and spirit,so swimming has gained more people’s favor.In this situation,some colleges and universities choose to set up swimming courses,hoping to develop students’interest in sports and lifelong sports awareness,improve students’physical quality,artistic quality and humanistic quality,and even train reserve swimmers for the country.However,in terms of the current situation of swimming teaching in colleges and universities,due to the limitations of venues,funds,teachers,etc.,not all students can participate in swimming.In addition,the content of swimming teaching in colleges and universities is not perfect,the teaching methods and models are relatively single and backward,which leads to the poor quality of swimming teaching in colleges and universities.Therefore,in the future,we must further explore the effective measures of college swimming teaching,and promote college swimming teaching to achieve good results.Starting from the analysis of the value and current situation of swimming teaching in colleges and universities,this paper focuses on the innovative teaching mode which can improve the quality of swimming teaching in colleges and universities,so as to provide useful reference for the future development of swimming teaching in colleges and universities.
