新时代高校党建引领教师队伍建设研究进展与趋势的可视化分析 被引量:8

摘要 党建与教师队伍建设的融合是新时代高校党建工作的重要组成部分,教师在高校中的特殊地位决定了高校党建工作必须要重视起教师队伍建设问题。本文基于CNKI数据库,运用文献计量学方法以及可视化软件CiteSpace,对十八大以来高校党建引领教师队伍建设的文献进行分析。研究显示:高校党建引领教师队伍建设研究的发文量呈逐年增长趋势;相关研究成果主要刊载在《学理论》《学校党建与思想教育》《教育教学论坛》等六大核心区期刊;高等院校是研究的主要力量来源;尚未形成成熟的作者合作群体;研究的热点关键词主要包括青年教师、高职院校、创新、党支部书记等,且关键词呈现出逐年新增态势。 The integration of party building and teacher team building is an important part of the party building work in the universities in the new era.The special position of teachers in universities determines that we must pay attention to the problems of teacher team building.Based on the CNKI,this paper uses bibliometrics methods and the CiteSpace to analyze the literature of the party building leading the construction of teachers since the 18th National Congress.Research has found that:the number of articles published is increasing year by year;the relevant research results are mainly published in the six core area journals such as“Learning Theory”,“School Party Construction and Ideological Education”and“Education Teaching Forum”.The universities are the main source of research;a mature author cooperation group has not yet formed;the hot keywords of research mainly include young teachers,vocational colleges,innovation and party branch secretary and the keywords show a new trend year by year.
