摘要
针对传统船舶防海生物技术的不足,论文根据超声波在流体中的空化效应设计了一种振帽式超声波管路防污装置,对电源发生器内部电路及换能器安装方式进行了改进设计。样机试验表明该装置显著延长了管路中超声波的空化作用距离,能够有效对海水系统阀门、管路进行防污保护。
In view of the deficiencies of the traditional marine anti-biofouling technique,the cap-vibrating ultrasonic antifoulingdevice is designed by using the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in the fluid. And the internal circuit of power generator and the transducer installation method is improved in the design.The results of prototype test shows that the proposed design can effectively extend the distance of ultrasoniccavitation effect and improve the antifouling effect of valves and pipelines in seawater system.
