摘要
艾叶,是我国两千多年来一直使用的中药材,为民间广泛使用且价廉易得。艾叶中化学成分种类较多,其中又以挥发油、黄酮、多糖为其主要活性成分。相关研究显示,艾叶黄酮类化合物与多糖类化合物具备较好的抗炎、抗氧化药理活性,有望对粉刺达到防治作用。本文综述了艾叶中总黄酮与总多糖的提取工艺及其抗氧化性等方面的研究进展,旨在为利用艾叶防治粉刺的产品研究提供参考。
Artemisia argyi is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine which has been used in China for more than two thousand years,and it is widely used and economic and easily available.There are various chemical constituents in artemisia argyi,among which volatile oils,flavonoids and polysaccharides are the main active constituents.Studies have shown that flavonoids and polysaccharide of Artemisia argyi have good anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities,and are promising to prevent and control acne.The extraction technology of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides from artemisia argyi and its antioxidant properties were reviewed in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of anti-acne products using artemisia argyi.
