摘要
目的:研制一体式保暖约束带,用于解决手术时为充分显露手术视野神经外科侧卧位手术体位安置难题。方法:选用柔软纯棉布、高密度海棉及棉蕊等材料,设计裁剪方形胸垫、腋垫与上肢保暖袖套和约束带一同缝制一种集胸部、肩部和上肢3部分相连接的一体式保暖约束带。结果:一体式保暖约束带术中固定牢固,具有保暖和约束的双重性能,在神经外科侧卧位手术体位安置中,可缩短体位安置时间,有效显露手术视野,降低侧卧位手术患者皮肤压疮、肢体不适等并发症的发生率,增加手术护理安全性,提高医护人员满意度和手术护理质量。结论:一体式保暖约束带设计制作方法简单,取材方便,可清洗、消毒更换使用,符合医院感染控制要求,适用于神经外科侧卧位手术患者的约束与保暖,具有临床应用价值。
Objective: To develop an integrated thermostatic restraint belt so as to solve the difficult problem of position placement of lateral decubitus position operation in neurosurgery for plenitude appearing operative field in surgery. Methods: Using soft pure cotton, high-density sponge and cotton core and other materials, and designing and tailoring the square chest pad and armpit pad. And then, they were sewed with the upper limb thermal sleeve and restraint belt to form one kind of integrated thermal restraint belt that combined with 3 parts included chest, shoulder and upper limb and the 3 parts were connected with each other. Results: The integrated thermostatic restraint was firm, and it had double performances of keeping warm and constraint. In the placement of operative position of lateral position of neurosurgery department, it could shorten the time of position placement, and effectively appear operative fields, and decrease incidence rates of series of complications such as pressure sores on skins of patients who underwent lateral position and discomfort of limbs, and increase the safety of operation nursing, and improve satisfaction of medical care personnel and quality of care of operation. Conclusion: The design and manufacture method of the integrated thermostatic restraint belt is simple, and its materials are convenient, and it can be cleaned, sterilized and reused. It can meet the requirement of controlling infection in hospital, and it is suit for restraint and keeping warm of patients who undergo lateral position operation of neurosurgery. It has the clinical application value.
