摘要
幼儿园团队建设需要幼师的配合和园长的正确指挥,两者是一种相互扶持的状态,团队凝聚力发挥着重要作用。该文浅析了幼师对职业产生的心理压力、专业程度相对低下和幼儿家长的焦虑等问题,提出培养专业人才、解决家长重视的问题和实施实力晋升制度等策略。
The team building of a kindergarten requires the cooperation of kindergarten teachers and the kindergarten principal,presenting a state of mutual support.The cohesion of the team plays an important role in the kindergarten.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes kindergarten teachers'psychological pressure and relatively low professional level,as well as the anxiety of parents of children,and proposes detailed strategies such as cultivating professional talents,solving problems that parents value and promoting teachers in accordance with the professional abilities.
