智能制造领域中机电一体化技术的实践分析 被引量:6

摘要 机电一体化技术本身可以看作是微电子技术、机械技术和通信技术等的融合,其可以对原本机械技术中的人工操作模式进行改善,其在实际应用中,同时具备自动化和智能化的特征,更加符合现代生产技术的要求。智能制造则是以人工智能为基础形成的制造模式,其对于信息技术和计算机技术有着很强的依赖性,从这个角度分析,机电一体化技术可以说是智能制造的必然条件。文章从机电一体化技术和智能制造的概念出发,结合两者的关联性,针对智能制造领域中机电一体化技术的应用实践进行了分析,希望能够推动两者的共同发展。 Mechatronics technology itself can be seen as the integration of microelectronics technology, mechanical technology and communication technology, which can improve the original mechanical technology in the manual operation mode, its practical application, at the same time with the characteristics of automation and intelligence, more in line with the requirements of modern production technology. Intelligent manufacturing is a manufacturing mode based on artificial intelligence, which has a strong dependence on information technology and computer technology. From this perspective, electromechanical integration technology can be said to be an inevitable condition for intelligent manufacturing. This paper starts from the concept of mechatronics technology and intelligent manufacturing, combines the relevance of the two, analyzes the application practice of mechatronics technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing, in the hope of promoting the common development of mechatronics technology and intelligent manufacturing.
