摘要
文章对发电设备电站锅炉水冷壁部件MPM设备和焊接工艺研究,基于DMAIC方法对MPM焊接控制过程实施改善,采用流程分析和影响因子识别,利用图形分析和回归分析筛选关键因子,设计DOE实验进行因子验证,优化关键影响因子参数,最终针对性提出综合性控制措施。
This paper studies the MPM equipment and welding process of the water-cooled wall parts of power plant boilers, improves the MPM welding control process based on the DMAIC method, uses process analysis and identification of impact factors, uses graphic analysis and regression analysis to screen key factors, designs DOE experiments for factors verification, optimizes the parameters of key impact factors, and finally puts forward comprehensive control measures.
