试析叶轮加工精度影响因素分析及改进策略

摘要 随着我国科学技术的不断发展,复杂曲面零件在加工生产方面的应用越来越广泛,叶轮就是一个典型的复杂曲面零件。然而,保障加工精度和加工质量水平一直是一个重要的技术难题。基于此,文章首先简要分析了叶轮加工的流程特点,随后又分别从三个方面阐述了叶轮加工精度的影响因素和叶轮加工精度的改进策略,以此供相关人士交流参考。 With the continuous development of science and technology in my country, the application of complex curved surface parts in processing and production is becoming increasingly extensive. The impeller is a typical complex curved surface part. However, ensuring processing accuracy and processing quality has always been an important technical problem. Based on this, this article first briefly analyzes the characteristics of the impeller machining process, and then explains the influencing factors of the impeller machining accuracy and the improvement strategy of the impeller machining accuracy from three aspects, so as to provide reference for relevant people.
