摘要
奋斗精神是我们成就事业必不可少的精神力量和崇高美德。在新时代背景下,培育大学生奋斗精神对个人、社会和国家而言都是十分必要的。本文阐释了新时代大学生奋斗精神的内涵以及重要意义,分析了大学生奋斗精神现状,对高校辅导员在新时代培育大学生奋斗精神的方法进行探索,提出显性教育和隐性教育相结合;理论学习和社会实践相结合;密切家校联系,使父母做学生奋斗的榜样;让大学生担当起时代赋予的使命和责任等方法,来培育大学生的奋斗精神。
The spirit of striving is an indispensable spiritual strength and lofty virtue for us to achieve our goal.Under the background of the new era,it is very necessary for the individual,the society and the country to cultivate the striving spirit in college students.This paper explains the connotation and significance of the striving spirit of the university students in the new era,analyzes the present situation of the striving spirit of the university students,and probes into the methods for the university counselors to cultivate the striving spirit of the university students in the new era.It is proposed that explicit education should be combined with implicit education,theoretical study should be combined with social practice,intimate family-school contact should be made,so that parents can be role models for students and college students should be given the mission and responsibility endowed by the times so as to nurture the striving spirit of college students.
