摘要
目的建立UPLC法同时测定小儿咳喘灵颗粒(金银花、麻黄、板蓝根等)中5种成分的含有量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters Acquity UPLC HSS T3色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;检测波长207、237 nm;柱温35℃。结果(R,S)-告依春、绿原酸、甘草苷、甘草酸、苦杏仁苷分别在2.1660~108.3000、1.9999~99.9951、2.0259~101.2928、1.8475~92.3756、2.1405~107.0260μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率分别为97.94%、98.29%、102.03%、100.69%、99.78%,RSD分别为0.97%、1.09%、1.64%、1.09%、1.83%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于小儿咳喘灵颗粒的质量控制。
AIM To establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of five constituents in Xiao’er Kechuanling Granules(Lonicerae japonicae Flos,Ephedrae Herba,Isatidis Radix,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Waters Acquity UPLC HSS T3 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 0.3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 207,237 nm.RESULTS(R,S)-goitrin,chlorogenic acid,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid,amygdalin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 2.1660-108.3000,1.9999-99.9951,2.0259-101.2928,1.8475-92.3756,2.1405-107.0260μg/mL(r=1.0000),whose average recoveries were 97.94%,98.29%,102.03%,100.69%,99.78%with the RSDs of 0.97%,1.09%,1.64%,1.09%,1.83%,respectively CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Kechuanling Granules.
