摘要 针对焦煤公司在钻孔工程量基本保持稳定的情况下,瓦斯抽采量、利用量却呈现下降趋势的现象,系统分析了钻孔抽采瓦斯体积分数随时间的变化规律,确定了瓦斯抽采异常的影响因素,指出统筹考虑抽采钻孔布置间距、施工顺序、施工间隔,合理控制抽采钻孔冲孔煤量,才能有效提高煤层瓦斯治理效果,实现对瓦斯的充分抽采利用,缩短治理周期,同时降低治理成本的目的。 In view of the fact that the amount of drilling work in Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.was basically stable,but the amount of gas drainage and utilization showed a downward trend,this paper systematically analyzed the variation law of gas volume fraction in borehole drainage with time,determined the influencing factors of abnormal gas drainage,and pointed out that only by considering the layout spacing,construction sequence and construction interval of drainage boreholes as a whole,and reasonably controlling the amount of coal flushed by drainage boreholes,could the effect of coal seam gas control be effectively improved,achieving the purpose of full gas drainage and utilization,shortening the treatment cycle,and reducing the control cost.
