大豆异黄酮对荷斯坦犊牛生长和内源激素水平的影响 被引量:5

Effects of feeding soy isoflavones on growth and endogenous hormones in Holstein calves

摘要 为了解饲喂不同水平大豆异黄酮(soy isoflavone,SIF)对荷斯坦犊牛生长和内源激素水平的影响,试验采用单因素随机分组设计,将40头体况良好、体重相近的(30±10)日龄荷斯坦犊牛随机分为4组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组,分别饲喂大豆异黄酮0,100,300,600 mg/d,预试期7 d,正试期60 d,于正试期第0,20,40,60天晨饲前对犊牛称重,计算1~20、21~40、41~60 d的日增重;于正试期的第0,30,60天静脉采血,测定血清中生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、生长抑素(GHRIH)水平。结果表明:饲喂大豆异黄酮600 mg/d的试验Ⅲ组日增重和血清GH、IGF-1、T4水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),GHRIH水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明饲喂水平为600 mg/d的大豆异黄酮30 d能够有效改善荷斯坦犊牛的内源激素水平,从而促进其生长。 To investigate the effects of supplemental soy isoflavone(SIF) on growth and endogenous hormone levels in Holstein calves, forty Holstein calves aged at(30±10) days with good body condition and similar body weight were randomly divided to four groups:Control group, Experimental group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Animals in each group were fed 0, 100, 300 and 600 mg/d SIF. The pre-experiment period was 7 days and the formal experiment period was 60 days. Calves were weighed before morning feeding at 0, 20, 40 and 60 days of the trial period, and average daily gain were calculated for the period of 1-20, 21-40, 41-60 days, respectively. Calf serums were collected at 0, 30 and 60 days of the trial period and the levels of GH, IGF-1, T3, T4 and GHRIH in the serum were determined. The results showed that the daily gain and levels of GH, IGF-1 and T4 in the serum in group III fed with 600 mg/d SIF were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the levels of GHRIH in the serum were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). These results indicated that feeding 600 mg/d SIF for 30 days could effectively improve endogenous hormone level in Holstein calves, thus promoting their growth.
