四/六面体网格在钻杆接头应力分析中的性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究不同类型网格单元在螺纹接头分析中的应用效果,利用前处理软件对已配合好的公母锥螺纹接头分别进行低阶四面体、高阶四面体和六面体网格划分,将同边界条件下3种类型网格的仿真结果与静扭试验机的试验结果进行对比,结果表明,四面体网格能更好的适应钻杆锥螺纹接头的几何特征,网格划分效率高,前处理时间短;六面体网格仿真分析结果精度高,但是前处理时间将几倍于四面体网格;高阶四面体网格比低阶四面体网格精度高。 In order to study the application effect of different types of grid elements in the analysis of thread joint,the pre-processing software was used to divide the low-order tetrahedral grid,high-order tetrahedral grid and hexahedral grid of the matched male female taper thread joints.The simulation results of the three types of grid under the same boundary conditions were compared with the experimental results of the static torsion testing machine.The results show that the tetrahedral grid can better adapt to the geometric characteristics of the taper thread joint of drill pipe,with high grid generation efficiency and short preprocessing time;the accuracy of hexahedral grid simulation analysis results is high,but the preprocessing time will be several times of tetrahedral grid;the accuracy of high-order tetrahedral grid is higher than that of low-order tetrahedral grid.
