摘要
针对目前矿用磁力耦合器发展状况及存在的不足,提出一种永磁磁化式耦合装置,介绍了该装置的结构特点和磁化效应工作原理。基于等效磁荷法理论,分析了该结构的磁路、磁场与磁力转矩;建立相应的数学模型,对其传动特性做了分析。最后搭建实验平台进行小型样机性能测试,实验结果证明了仿真分析的合理性,进而验证了该新型机构的性能。
In view of the current development and shortcomings of mine magnetic coupler,a permanent magnetice coupling device was proposed.Introduced the structure characteristics and the working principle of magnetization effect of the device.Based on the equivalent magnetic charge theory,the magnetic circuit,magnetic field and magnetic torque of the structure were analyzed.The corresponding mathematical model was established and the transmission characteristics were analyzed.Finally,an experimental platform was built to test the performance of a small prototype.The experimental results proved the rationality of the simulation analysis and further verified the performance advantages of the new mechanism.
