摘要
基于数控加工成形方法,对大型齿轮常用加工成形方式进行分析;对大型齿轮数控加工成形过程中的加工误差及热变形量进行研究和分析,获得大型齿轮数控加工成形过程中的关键成形参数。研究结果表明:大型齿轮不同方向上加工误差和热变形量变化趋势及最大值不同,该研究为大型齿轮数控加工成形及加工误差和热变形量控制等方面提供理论依据。
Based on the CNC maching and forming method,the common maching and forming methods of large gears have been analyzed.The machining error and thermal deformation during the CNC machining of large gears have been researched and analyzed,and the key forming parameters during the CNC machining of large gears have been obtained.The research results show that the change trend of machining error and thermal deformation of the large gears in different directions and the maximum value are different.The research provides theoretical basis for CNC machining,machining error and thermal deformation control of the large gears.
