摘要
优化抗氧化香茅草水提液浸提的工艺.以新鲜香茅草为材料,以香茅草添加量、浸提时间、浸提温度为因素,通过考查DPPH自由基清除率、铁离子螯合、羟基自由基清除率,评价香茅草水提液的抗氧化活性.在香茅草添加量、浸提时间、浸提温度为单因素的基础上,通过响应面Box-Behnken模型,以羟基自由基清除率为指标对浸提工艺参数进行优化.最终确定抗氧化香茅草水提液浸提工艺参数,即香茅草的添加量为6.9%,浸提时间为3.6 h,浸提温度为54℃.在该条件下,羟基自由基的清除率为(99.21±4.50)%,与预测值接近.该优化工艺简单易行,天然安全,可为香茅草水提液的理论研究提供参考.
The article is to optimize the extraction process for the antioxidant water extract from lemongrass.It investigated the scavenging rate of DPPH,iron chelate and hydroxyl radical scavenging rate to evaluate the antioxidant activity of lemongrass water extract by taking fresh lemongrass as raw materials,and lemongrass addition content,extraction time and temperature as factors.The extraction parameters of lemongrass water extract was optimized with Hydroxyl radical scavenging rate as an index through response surface Box-Behnken model on the basis of lemongrass addition content,extraction time and temperature as single factor.The water extraction process parameters of Antioxidant lemongrass were finally determined,i.e.the amount of lemongrass addition reaches 6.9%with extraction time 3.6 h and extraction temperature 54℃.Hydroxyl radical scavenging rate is 99.21%±4.50%under the above conditions,which is close to the predicted value.The optimization process is simple,easy for operation,natural,and safe.It can provide reference for the theoretical study of lemongrass water extraction.
