摘要
为提高烟气余热的利用率,对2台350 MW超临界燃煤供热发电机组烟气余热利用系统提出改造方案,即在采暖期利用烟气余热加热热网水,非采暖期利用烟气余热加热主机凝结水,并对改造方案的热经济性进行计算和分析。结果表明:减少的抽汽可在汽轮机中做功,采暖期和非采暖期可分别增加做功3201.7 kW、1120.6 kW,每台机组可节省标煤约2796 t/a、节约燃料费用约196万元/a,具有较好的经济效益。
To maximize the energy utilization of flue gas waste heat,a retrofit scheme was proposed for the flue gas waste heat utilization system in a 2×350 MW supercritical coal-fired heating unit,i.e.using the flue gas to heat the water in heating network during heating period and to heat the condensate of main engine during non-heating period,respectively.In addition,calculation and analysis were conducted on the thermal economy of the retrofit scheme.Results show that the extraction steam reduced can work in the steam turbine,with 3201.7 kW and 1120.6 kW work increased during heating and non-heating period,resulting in an annual decrease of about 2796 tons of standard coal,equivalent to an annual decrease of fuel cost by 1.96 million RMB for each unit,indicating good economic effects of the scheme.
