摘要
指出了保定市位于白洋淀流域上游,工业污水和生活污水是白洋淀上游各条河流的主要污染源。污水处理是现代化城市工业化和良好水环境的桥梁,决胜水污染治理,处理设施是治污关键。为此,针对保定市加快补齐城镇污水收集和处理设施短板,对提高流域治理污水现代化水平,改善水环境基础设施建设的措施进行了详细地阐述,充分探讨了城镇污水处理设施建设、污水处理厂提标扩容工程对白洋淀上游流域水质量及白洋淀水生态环境所带来变化和产生的影响。旨在为改善白洋淀上游流域水环境质量提供经验和借鉴。
Baoding city is located in the upper reaches of Baiyangdian Lake.Industrial sewage and domestic sewage are the main pollution sources of the rivers in the upper reaches of Baiyangdian Lake.Sewage treatment is a bridge between the industrialization of modern cities and a good water environment.Treatment facilities are the key to controlling pollution.For this reason,this paper elaborates on the measures taken by Baoding City to speed up filling up the shortcomings of urban sewage collection and treatment facilities without improving the modernization level of sewage treatment in the basin,while improving the water environment infrastructure construction.It also fully discusses the urban sewage treatment facilities.The construction,upgrading and capacity expansion of the sewage treatment plant will bring about changes and impacts on the water quality of the upper reaches of Baiyangdian Lake and the ecological environment of Baiyangdian Lake.This paper aims to provide experience and reference for improving the water environment quality in the upper reaches of Baiyangdian Lake.
