摘要
总结了西南林业大学定点扶贫大关县的实践经验,探索了我国西部高校在定点扶贫时建设长效机制模式、经验与做法,提出了精准扶贫到户、加深“高校+农户”的协作、加大政策和资金的支持、建立长效管理机制平台等建议。为我国农林类高校参与定点扶贫时建立扶贫长效机制提出一些宝贵的建议,以供西部其他高校和相关政府决策部门参考。
By analyzing the fixed-point poverty alleviation practice of Daguan County in Southwest Forestry University,this paper explores the long-term mechanism model,experience and practice of western colleges and universities in the fixed-point poverty alleviation.Suggestions are put forward such as deepening the cooperation between households and universities,supporting major policies and funds,and the establishing a long-term management mechanism platform.This paper provides valuable advice for the establishment of a long-term poverty alleviation mechanism for China's agricultural and forestry colleges and universities to participate in fixed-point poverty alleviation,and it also provides reference for other universities and relevant government decision-making departments.
