摘要
针对建筑坍塌事故频繁发生并造成大量人员伤亡的情况,从理论研究、实操训练、事故处置三个方面,分析消防队伍救援过程中应用防坍塌支撑加固技术存在的问题,提出构建防坍塌支撑加固结构理论体系,重视防坍塌支撑加固技术培训,提升消防救援人员专业化处置能力等建议,旨在提高坍塌事故救援行动的科学性、安全性,减少甚至避免坍塌事故救援中的人员伤亡,提升消防救援队伍的专业化处置效率和能力。
In view of the frequent occurrence of collapses in buildings or structures which always result in large casualties,this paper analyzes the problems and offers optimized proposals on the application of anti-collapse supporting technology from three aspects:theoretical research,practical training and accident disposal.The analysis and discussion aim to improve the scientificity and safety in the collapse emergency rescue,reduce or even avoid the casualties of the collapses,and reinforce the professionality,efficiency,and capability of the firefighting rescue team.
