摘要
目的探讨牙周引导组织再生术用于错[牙合]畸形伴牙周病治疗的效果。方法随机选择2017年1月—2019年2月该院的治疗错[牙合]畸形伴牙周病的患者60例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规治疗方式,观察组采用牙周引导组织再生术治疗,比较两组治疗后牙龈美容形态评分、根分叉水平探入深度、牙周袋深度情况及治疗效率。结果观察组牙龈美容形态评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组根分叉水平探入深度及牙周袋深度情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.231,P<0.05)。结论牙周引导组织再生术用于错[牙合]畸形伴牙周病的治疗效果显著,牙龈美容形态评分明显提升,有效改善根分叉水平探入深度及牙周袋深度的情况,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of periodontal guided tissue regeneration for the treatment of malocclusion and periodontal disease.Methods From January 2017 to February 2019,60 cases of patients with malocclusion and periodontal disease in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object.The random number table was divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with periodontal guided tissue regeneration.The gingival cosmetic morphology score,root bifurcation level penetration depth,periodontal pocket depth and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The gingival cosmetic morphology score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The depth of root bifurcation level and periodontal pocket depth of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.231,P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal guided tissue regeneration is effective in the treatment of malocclusion and periodontal disease.The gingival cosmetic morphology score is significantly improved,and the depth of root bifurcation level and periodontal pocket depth is effectively improved.
