我国男护士心理契约与工作投入的相关性研究 被引量:14

Relationship between psychological contract and work engagement among male nurses in China

摘要 目的:了解我国男护士心理契约、工作投入的现状,分析男护士心理契约与工作投入的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法选取我国24个省份的1 040名男护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护士心理契约量表、Utrecht工作投入量表进行调查。结果:我国男护士的心理契约条目均分为(1.99±0.73)分,工作投入得分为(56.19±24.28)分。男护士心理契约总分与工作投入总分呈负相关(r=-0.369,P<0.05)。拟合曲线模型显示,在心理契约总分<113分时,男护士工作投入总分与心理契约总分呈负相关(r=-0.46,P<0.05)。结论:男性护士的心理契约程度越高,工作投入水平程度越高,护理管理者应鼓励积极情感,及时修补心理契约破裂的情况,保证我国男护士队伍的持续、健康发展。 Objective:To describe the characteristics of psychological contract and work engagement and explore their relationship among male nurses in China.Methods:Following convenient sampling,1040 male nurses from 24 provinces in China were included in the current study.Related data were collected using a general data questionnaire,the nurses'psychological contract scale and the work engagement questionnaire.Results:The item mean score of psychological contract and the mean score of work engagement among male nurses in China were(1.99±0.73)and(56.19±24.28),respectively.The total score of psychological contract was significantly and negatively correlated with that of work engagement(r=-0.369,P<0.05)in male nurses.The fitting curve model also showed that when the total score of psychological contract was less than 113,the total score of work engagement of male nurses was significantly and negatively correlated with the total score of psychological contract(r=-0.46,P<0.05).Conclusion:The higher the degree of psychological contract in male nurses,the higher the level of work engagement.Nursing administrators should encourage positive emotion and amend the psychological contract disruption in time,therefore to ensure sustained and healthy development among male nurses in China.
