摘要
目的旨在讨论层级培训方式在消化内科新护士带教管理工作中的实际运用。方法本次试验选择2018年1月-2019年6月呼吸消化内科轮转的50名新护士作为研究对象。利用随机分配的方式将所有新进护士划分为2组,每组25名,对照组采用常规带教管理方式,观察组则采用层级带教管理模式。对比两组新护士在经过带教管理之后护理能力考核结果以及护理质量评估分数。结果在护理能力方面,试验组新进护士在经过带教管理之后,基础护理、专业操作以及法律知识评分分别为(90.12±2.09)分、(90.92±2.14)分以及(87.14±3.16)分,较照组评分结果更高(P<0.05)。而在医生与带教教师评估方面,试验组合格率为88%,较对照组(60%)更高(P<0.05)。结论层级培训运用于消化内科新护士管理工作后,可以显著提高消化内科新护士管理工作质量,包括巩固其理论基础,并提高其实践能力等。
Objective The purpose of this paper is to discuss the practical application of hierarchical training in the teaching and management of new nurses in digestive medicine.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,50 new nurses who came to our hospital for internship in digestive medicine were selected as the subjects of this experiment.All new nurses were divided into two groups by random allocation,25 in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching management mode,while the observation group adopted the hierarchical teaching management mode.The results of nursing ability assessment and nursing quality assessment scores of the two groups of new nurses after teaching management were compared.Results In terms of nursing ability,the scores of basic nursing,professional operation and legal knowledge of new nurses in the experimental group were(90.12+2.09),(90.92+2.14)and(87.14+3.16)respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the evaluation of doctors and teachers,the experimental combination rate was 88%,which was higher than that of the control group(60%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical training in the management of new nurses in digestive medicine department can significantly improve the quality of management of new nurses in digestive medicine department,including consolidating their theoretical basis and improving their practical ability.
