摘要
分析学术型医学硕士研究生科研创新能力不足的问题,并提出学校、导师、学生等多方面的应对策略。通过文献以及分析实际工作中的经验分析问题并提出应对策略。文章对临床专业研究生科研创新能力不足的问题加以剖析并提出相应的改善策略;学校应积极提供良好的科研平台和学术硕士扶持政策以吸引真正热爱科研的学生主动报考;导师应承担起对学生培养各个阶段的责任,积极推动双导师制,促进学科交叉融合;对学术型硕士研究生的科研训练也应摒弃传统的课堂教学,应切合学生自身发展需要对科研创新能力进行多元化培养。学校应从政策上和硬件上支持学术型硕士的培养,导师应推动符合学术型硕士需求的科研训练。结合以上策略,学术型医学硕士研究生的科研创新能力将得到有效的提高。
To analyze the problems which include a series of propositions that need to be reformed to improve the the scientific innovation ability of academic medical postgraduates.Methods The strategies were raised by literature reviewing and by analyzing the practical experience.Results Corresponding improvement strategies should be put forward:colleges should actively provide good scientific research platforms and support policies to attract students who really love scientific research to apply for the degree;tutors should assume responsibility for students'training at all stages,and promote the two-mentoring system.Conclusion School should provide the policy and the hardware to support the academic postgraduates,and the tutors should promote the practical research training.Combining the above strategies,the scientific innovation ability of academic medical postgraduates will be effectively improved.
