摘要
目的探讨康复护理在关节镜治疗腘窝囊肿中的应用及对预后的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月间上海市杨浦区中心医院收治的92例腘窝囊肿患者,均接受关节镜治疗,根据护理方法不同进行分组,采用常规护理的46例患者纳入对照组,采用康复护理的46例患者纳入研究组。比较两组患者的护理满意度、舒适度、疼痛评分、6个月复发率、膝关节功能评分、护理有效率及手术结果。结果研究组患者非常满意率及非常舒适率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。研究组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院天数和下床活动时间均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。研究组患者护理有效率为95.7%,高于对照组的78.3%,研究组复发率为2.2%,低于对照组的13.0%,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。研究组患者术后2h、8h、1d及3d的疼痛评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。研究组患者膝关节各功能评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论对腘窝囊肿患者进行康复护理,可降低术中出血量,缩短下床活动时间和住院时间,改善膝功能,降低疼痛程度,提高护理有效率,降低复发率,患者满意度高。
Objective To investigate the application of rehabilitation nursing in arthroscopic treatment of popliteal cysts and its effect on prognosis. Methods A total of 92 patients with popliteal cysts treated at Shanghai Yangpu District Central Hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group with 46 patients in each group based on the nursing intervention they received. All the patients received arthroscopic treatment. The study group was given rehabilitation nursing and the control group received routine nursing. Patient satisfaction and comfort,pain scores,6-month recurrence and knee joint scores were compared between the two groups and the efficacy of nursing and surgical outcomes were also compared between the two groups. Results The very satisfied rate and very comfortable rate were higher in the study group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The amount of bleeding,operation time,length of hospital stay,and time to out-of-bed activity were lower in the study group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The efficacy rate of nursing was 95. 7% in the study group which was higher than 78. 3% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate was 2. 2% in the study group which was lower than 13. 0% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The pain score was lower in the study group than in the control group at 2 h,8 h,1 d and 3 d after the surgery( all P < 0. 05). Scores of knee function were higher in the study group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,reduce time to out-of-bed activity,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve knee function in patients undergoing arthroscopic treatment of popliteal cysts. At the same time,it can reduce pain,improve efficiency of nursing,reduce the recurrence rate,and increase patient satisfaction.
