摘要
为了更好地解决企业项目问题,实现全过程跟踪解决,论文提出一种企业问题管理系统的设计思路,结合前沿的IT技术框架及灵活的人机交互模式,开发匹配的信息管理系统。本次设计开发的企业问题管理系统,可以发现并能有效解决因沟通不流畅、责任人不明确、过程不透明等原因引起的项目问题,进而综合提升项目的管理水平。
In order to better solve enterprise project problems and achieve full-process tracking and resolution,this paper puts forward a design idea of enterprise problem management system,and combines cutting-edge IT technology framework and flexible human-computer interaction mode to develop a matching information management system.The enterprise problem management system designed and developed this time can find and effectively solve the problems caused by poor communication,unclear responsible person and opaque process,so as to comprehensively improve the project management level.
