摘要
对乏燃料后处理设备用耐蚀锆合金研究,目前主要集中在纯锆(Zr-702)以及Zr-704、Zr-705、Zr-2、Zr-4等合金,为了稳定合金成本,优选工业级海绵锆原材料,而现有工业级海绵锆中含有大量的C、N、Hf等元素,难以直接作为原材料用于后处理锆材制备。因此,亟需掌握后处理用锆合金成分设计关键因素,优化锆合金成分,充分平衡综合性能和制造成本,研发后处理用锆材及其成形加工技术和焊接技术。
The research of corrosion resistant zirconium alloys for spent fuel reprocessing equipment is mainly focused on pure zirconium(Zr-702)and Zr-704,Zr-705,Zr-2,Zr-4 alloys.In order to stabilize the alloy cost,the industrial grade sponge zirconium raw materials should be optimized,however,the existing industrial grade sponge zirconium contains a large number of C,N,HF and other elements,which is difficult to be directly used as raw materials for the preparation of post-treatment zirconium materials.Therefore,it is urgent to master the key factors of zirconium alloy composition design for post-treatment,optimize the composition of zirconium alloy,fully balance the comprehensive performance and manufacturing cost,and develop zirconium materials for post-treatment and its forming processing technology and welding technology.
