摘要
目的探究循证护理对胃癌患者PICC置管并发症发生率的影响。方法2017年1月-2018年1月,方便选取该院收治的胃癌PICC置管患者51例(对照组),给予常规护理方案,根据发生的并发症在常规护理基础上制定并发症预防、护理方案。2018年2月-2019年2月,方便选取该院收治的胃癌PICC置管患者57例(研究组),给予循证护理。比较两组胃癌患者的并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果研究组患者的并发症发生率为7.84%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为24.56%,研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.081,P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度为96.08%,对照组患者护理满意度为75.44%,研究组患者的护理满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.086,P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者应用PICC置管能够减少药物对静脉的刺激,但是治疗过程中应用循证护理,能够进一步提升治疗的安全性,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the incidence of complications of PICC catheterization in patients with gastric cancer.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,51 cases(control group)of gastric cancer patients admitted to the hospital were convenient selection with PICC catheterization were given routine nursing plans,and the prevention and nursing plans of complications were formulated on the basis of routine nursing.From February 2018 to February 2019,57 patients(study group)with gastric cancer PICC catheterization admitted to our hospital were given evidence-based nursing.The complication rate and nursing satisfaction of gastric cancer patients in the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate was 7.84%in the study group,24.56%in the control group,and significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.081,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 96.08%,while that of patients in the control group was75.44%.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^2=9.086,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PICC catheterization in gastric cancer patients can reduce the stimulation of drug to the vein,but the application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment process can further improve the safety of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.
