基于空地数据链的飞机状态监控技术研究

摘要 针对当前飞机飞行安全的必要性,加强对飞机飞行状态的监控,以及对飞机使用寿命的预测成为一种趋势。该研究着眼于飞机飞行状态参数的获取与使用寿命的预测,首先构建飞机状态监测ACMS系统,通过加载模块完成飞机飞行参数的获取,通过空地数据链系统实现数据的封装、传输和解析;然后以获取的参数为基础数据,以发动机寿命预测为例对数据进行深入的挖掘分析。通过发动机性能衰退机理,构建发动机衰退模型和数据融合模型;最后通过健康指数为表征对发动机性能进行预测。试验结果表明,在上述预测方法中,得到发动机的预测寿命与真实寿命误差为8,具有良好的预测性能。 in view of the necessity of current aircraft flight safety,it is a trend to strengthen the monitoring of aircraft flight status and the prediction of aircraft service life.This research focuses on the acquisition of aircraft flight state parameters and the prediction of service life.Firstly,the ACMS system of aircraft state monitoring is constructed,which obtains aircraft flight parameters by loading modules,and achieves data encapsulation,transmission and analysis by air ground data link system.Then,based on the acquired parameters,the engine life prediction is taken as an example to conduct in-depth data mining Analysis.The engine performance degradation model and data fusion model are constructed by the engine performance degradation mechanism.Finally,the engine performance is predicted by the health index.The test results show that the error between the predicted life and the real life of the engine is 8,which has a good prediction performance.
