摘要
为更好地针对前列腺癌进行治疗,了解发病机制是关键。肿瘤发生机制有很多,其中信号通路有着无可比拟的重要性。部分信号通路具有调控细胞周期的作用,部分信号通路相关蛋白与前列腺癌的转移有关。促癌基因沉默后肿瘤细胞会被相关信号通路扼制,在抑癌基因沉默时被促进,可见前列腺癌的生物学变化受到信号通路基因表达的影响。不仅仅是基因表达影响信号通路,信号通路的效应也会影响基因的表达从而干预前列腺癌,由此可见信号通路在癌症的发生发展中起着不容忽视的作用。因此,为尽早对前列腺癌的发病机制有更全面深入的了解并为寻找出更好的临床治疗方案提供有力的依据,现就前列腺癌相关的几种常见信号通路进行综述。
To better treat prostate cancer,understanding the pathogenesis is key.There are many mechanisms of tumorigenesis.Among them,the signaling pathway has unparalleled importance.Some signaling pathways have a role in regulating the cell cycle.Some signaling pathway-related proteins are involved in the metastasis of prostate cancer.Proto-oncogene silencing will inhibit the proliferation of prostate cancer cells through specific signal pathways,and tumor suppressor gene silencing will promote the proliferation and invasion of prostate cancer cells.It can be seen that gene expression affects the biological behavior of prostate cancer through signal pathways.Genes not only act on signaling pathways,the effects of signaling pathways can also affect gene expression and thus interfere with prostate cancer.It can be seen that signal pathways play an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer.Therefore,in order to provide a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of prostate cancer and find a better clinical treatment plan as soon as possible,a review of several common signaling pathways related to prostate cancer is now presented.
