摘要
针对传统覆盖胶材料在实际应用中存在覆盖胶中的含碳物质分解温度较低,导致耐高温性能差,无法满足化工生产企业对覆盖胶的高性能要求,开展对长寿命耐高温分层带覆盖胶的研制方法研究。通过选择主体材料及设备,确定制备工艺,增加分层带覆盖胶力学强度,以及提高分层带覆盖胶阻燃特性,提出一种全新的覆盖胶研制方法。通过实验证明,新的研制方法与传统研制方法制备的覆盖胶相比,有效提高了含碳物质的分解温度,从而增加覆盖胶的耐高温性,且通过改变氯化石蜡与三氧化二锑的比例进一步增加了覆盖胶的使用寿命,满足化工生产企业的使用需求。
In practical applications,traditional external rubber materials have low decomposition temperature of carbonaceous substances in the external rubber,resulting in poor high-temperature resistance,which cannot meet the high-performance requirements of chemical manufacturers for external rubber,so long-life high-temperature resistance analysis research on the layerd belt external rubber was conducted.By selecting the main material and equipment,determining the preparation process,increasing the mechanical strength and flame-retardant properties of the layered belt external rubber,a new research method of external rubber was proposed.Experiments have proved that the new development method effectively increases the decomposition temperature of carbonaceous materials compared with the traditional method,thereby increasing the high-temperature resistance of the external rubber,and further increasing the service life of the external rubber,which meets the needs of the chemical production enterprise.
