摘要
针对洪涝灾害对城市旅游地区环境承载力经济损失模型计算误差较大的问题,设计一种洪涝灾害对城市旅游地区环境承载力经济损失模型。首先计算城市旅游地区资源的极限日容量、处理旅游污染物的能力和城市旅游经济容量得到城市旅游地区环境承载力,然后估算地表净流量与淹没深度,确定洪涝灾害损失率,最后得到洪涝灾害对城市旅游地区环境承载力经济损失评估结果。
In view of the large calculation error of the economic loss model of the environmental carrying capacity of the urban tourism area caused by the flood disaster, a economic loss model of the environmental carrying capacity of the urban tourism area caused by the flood disaster is designed. First, calculate the ultimate daily capacity of resources, the capacity to deal with tourism pollutants and the economic capacity of urban tourism to obtain the environmental carrying capacity of urban tourism area, then estimate the surface net flow and the depth of inundation, determine the loss rate of flood disaster, and finally get the economic loss assessment results of the environmental carrying capacity of urban tourism area caused by flood disaster. The experimental results show that the maximum error of the design model is less than that of the control model by 22000 yuan, and the calculation error of the economic loss model of environmental carrying capacity of urban tourism area is smaller than that of the control model, which has certain applicability.
